And you are all here for a reason. Whether it be to escape incarceration or just the promise of a new start, you've accepted.
Some of you were chosen.
Plucked from your previous life, you wake up in a strange bed in a small room you've never seen before. There is one door. One way out.
Welcome to Elkstead.
And remember, we are always watching.
A mostly-realistic Human RPG. No vampires, no faeries, no werewolves. Just human. All of you in the same boat, or in this case, city. Perhaps a murderer plucked out of a prison, a business man so far into debt he would do anything for a new start, a college student that was studying late at night for an exam one minute and then wakes up in a strange room the next with no idea how they got there. Life doesn't supply you with a manual, and neither does Elkstead.
